Bieber was a teenager heartthrob as well as a pop singer with more than 25 million followers. The majority of them rushed on Twitter to watch the image of the girl who caught Bieber's attention. Madison quickly became famous. Justin signed her up for an album release for a record deal with Island Records - the same company that Justin has signed to. Scooter Braun, Justin's present manager, has managed her since she was a teenager.
